Hello and welcome to ChuckleFunk!
My name is Tania.
You might already be familiar with me from my blog at Larger Family Life.
I have 13 children.
Ten of them still live at home.
I run my own business which designs and builds websites and logos for small businesses, and provides copywriting, SEO and website maintenance services.
In 2016 I lost my father and my brother to cancer within five months of each other.
In 2018, I had to face up to the fact that my marriage was over and finally began the divorce proceedings that should have started several years prior.
I became down, depressed, lost, suicidal and very frightened.
I sought help.
I became stronger*.
*Some days not so much.
My brother told me to ‘make things good’.
It didn’t make sense. How on earth can you make something bad, good?
‘‘You can’t,’ he told me. ‘You can’t make something bad into something good. You just make something good come from it.’
Yes, I know it doesn’t make sense.
It’s nonsensical gibberish.
But if I think about it, it makes me laugh.
It’s a bit like life itself, if you let it.
The ‘About’ page is an opportunity for me to describe myself as as a ‘forty-something-divorced-mother-of-lots-of-kids-that-runs-a-business.’
But there’s more to me than that.
The question is, what?
I’m on a quest to discover who I really am, whilst having fun, enjoying life, stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things.
I’m making life good.
